WEST SEATTLE SECTION

SEATTLE SENIORS INTERNET GROUP (SSIG)

The Seattle Seniors Internet Group was formed to give senior citizens a forum where they could discuss their experiences with the Internet. An environment where they could learn from their peers and bring their questions and concerns to an understanding group. As it has evolved, the SSIG has come to discuss general computer-related topics as well as Internet topics.

The SSIG was started by Ralph Pfister in 1997; we currently have an section in beautiful, downtown West Seattle. Each section meets once a month and gives us an opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and help each other learn about the Internet--and computers in general!

The West Seattle section meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 1 pm in the Computer Center of the Senior Center of West Seattle. We are located just one block north of the "Alaska Junction" at 4217 SW Oregon Street. The phone number of the Senior Center is 206-932-4044. Bus access is good and we have plenty of parking (MAP)
